How often should I train at the school each week?Our normal schedule is three times a week.

What are the age limits?We accept students from 4 to a 102 (maybe older)! Through Tai Chi , Chi Kung, and Kung Fu, we can accept nearly everyone who is passionate about their desire to study martial arts.

What is the name of the style I’ll be studying?Our “History” explains this in detail. However, in a way, style is really the teacher(s) running the class. It’s very important to have an easy, engaging relationship with the teacher. Teachers tend to present Kung Fu from very personal perceptions. Each one is different as they present the martial arts in their own words. Enjoy your teacher to the fullest! Have a great time!

Do I have to be in good shape before I start?No, not at all. Kung Fu will improve your condition as you go along.

Where do I obtain a uniform?We have them for sale at the school location.

Can I take private lessons?Yes. Talk to the instructor to make arrangements.

How long does it take to get to black belt?It takes 3-4 years, depending on the student’s level of commitment and practice.

How do you elevate in belt rank?We have belt testing four times a year: March, June, September, December.

What are you doing to combat Covid-19?We are staying up to date with the Wake Forest Health Code, and CDC recommendations as they change. Please contact us for more information. We also ask that students and visitors stay home if they are feeling under the weather.
